About

The Statewide Source of Income Coalition, originally organized in 2015 by ERASE Racism, is a vast network of over 100 organizations that support the enforcement of a recent change in the New York State Human Rights Law that expands protected classes to include “Lawful Source of Income” and prohibits discrimination against tenants using a lawful source of income to pay for housing. Currently led by Enterprise Community Partners, the Coalition continues to ensure the housing choice of all New Yorkers.
